What we collect
When you send a request through our contact form, we receive what you type into it:
- whether you are a residential client, contractor or industry professional
- your name and email address
- your phone number, company and project location, if you choose to give them
- your description of your project
Plans and other project files are not sent through this website. If we invite you to our client portal, you upload them there.
How we use it
We use your details to answer your request, send you an invitation to our client portal, and prepare your material list. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who else handles it
- Web3Forms delivers your contact form message to our email inbox.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and may record standard technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site running and secure.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces used on this site, so your browser may contact Google when a page loads.
- Our client portal provider stores the plans and messages you share once you are invited to the portal, under its own terms and privacy practices.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising cookies or analytics tools.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to you, provide our services and keep ordinary business records.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you sent us by emailing buildteam@theconstructabid.com.
